KeraSoy Container Wax 4130

KeraSoy Container 4130 by Kerax is a high-quality, plant-based, ecologically based container wax. This wax has been specially developed for making container candles and ensures a smooth surface, good adhesion to the glass, and a beautiful, even burn. The wax is biodegradable and completely vegan. No animal products are used, and no animal testing takes place during production. Thanks to its stable composition, this wax requires no additional additives. You only add fragrance and, optionally, colour according to your own recipe.

The composition consists of saturated and unsaturated plant lipids, primarily triglycerides. This results in a stable, consistent wash of reliable quality.

Processing & Use

• Melting: Heat the wax slowly to approximately 70 to 75 °C. Avoid prolonged heating above 85 °C.
• Pouring: Pour at approximately 60 to 70 °C, depending on your room and container.
• Maximum odor load: 10 to 12 percent, always test per odor first.
• Colorants: Suitable for liquid colorants, color blocks, and mica powders.
• Curing: Allow to cure for at least 24 hours, preferably 48 hours for optimal burning performance.

Security & Storage

According to the MSDS sheet, this wax is not classified as a hazardous substance under normal use. For safe working, we recommend:

• Store the laundry in a cool and dry place.
• Recommended storage temperature between 5 and 39 °C
• Protect from direct sunlight
• Avoid moisture and heat sources
• Work in a well-ventilated room

Important note about batches

KeraSoy is a natural wax. As a result, different batches may vary slightly. We advise always making a test candle with a new batch first to check burning behavior and performance.
